In 2017, lifelong friends Cihan Aday and Oguzhan Ozgur identified a clear gap in the traffic management industry for a provider built on reliability and integrity. Oguzhan brought years of hands-on experience, having started as a traffic controller before mastering planning and founding his own successful planning company. Cihan complemented this with a strong background in commercial construction, finance, and the strategic mindset of a computer science graduate. Combining their expertise, they formed Gradient Group. Initially a hire business, the company’s reputation for excellence grew, and clients began asking for more. Driven by this trust, we evolved into the full-service, innovative traffic management partner we are today, still guided by that original vision of delivering a service our clients can truly depend on.
